Yes, upon successful completion of an online course, you will receive a digital certificate, and a physical certificate can be requested and shipped to you for an additional fee.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- If a request for a refund is made within 7 days of course registration and before the course has commenced.
- If the course is canceled or postponed by Safeway Training and Consulting.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be provided if the request is made after 7 days of course registration or once the course has started.
- Refunds will not be granted for missed classes, partial attendance, or incomplete courses.
- Fees paid for administration, materials, and certification are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please send a written request to safewaytrainings@gmail.com with your name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during registration (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
- Safeway Training and Consulting is not responsible for any transaction fees or processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways.
5. Course Transfer or Credit Option
- In case of cancellation or postponement of a course by Safeway Training and Consulting, students may choose to transfer to another course or receive course credit instead of a refund.
- Course credits must be used within 6 months of the original course registration date.
